Waste heat utilization of high temperature flue gas and purification and recovery of high temperature gas are important measures for energy conservation and environmental protection. In view of its characteristics and treatment problems, our company has professionals engaged in the treatment of high-temperature smoke and dust in industrial furnaces, and has developed a high-efficiency high-temperature dust collector with high-temperature gas filter as the core technology, which can directly purify and remove dust without forced cooling. Stainless steel fiber sintered felt, ferroaluminum fiber sintered felt and stainless steel sintered mesh were used as filter materials for dust removal filter cylinder. It can solve the problems of other filter materials that are easy to "burn bags" due to low temperature resistance and high temperature, paste bags due to low temperature after cooling, poor back blowing regeneration performance, poor filtration capacity and efficiency, and difficult discharge of filter material adhesion, including filtration problems under high temperature conditions and anti-static accumulation and explosion-proof conditions. In recent years, a number of furnace dust control projects have been undertaken in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries. The main technology has passed the national environmental protection testing and certification, and is at the leading level in China.
