What is the difference between sintered felt and sintered wire?

For most people, we all know that the filtration effect of sinter screen is particularly good. What about sintered felt? What is it used for? Today, I will give you a brief introduction.

 Sintered felt

The difference between sintered felt and sintered net is as follows

Our common sintered felt is generally made of micron sized metal fibers through non-woven laying, then laminated and sintered at high temperature. Most of the sintered felt is formed by different pore size layers, which can achieve higher filtration accuracy and larger single-layer mat pollution capacity by controlling.

 Product flow of sintered felt

The sintered felt can effectively maintain the filtration function of the filter cloth, and has three-dimensional mesh. Therefore, the sintered felt has high porosity, uniform distribution and increased surface area. The porous structure effectively overcomes the defects of easy damage and blockage of the metal mesh, as well as the shortcomings of fragile powder filtration products and small flow rate; Compared with the traditional filter cloth and filter paper, the advantages of high temperature resistance and pressure resistance are effectively increased. Therefore, the sintered felt has not only excellent filtration performance, but also many ideal filtration materials with high precision, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.

The sinter net is made up of several single stainless steel wires which are not used and then sintered, pressed and rolled, so it has high mechanical strength and overall rigidity. The cleaning cycle is relatively short, compared with the sintering felt, the filtering effect is better, but the pollution capacity is smaller. And the use of the network is more extensive.

 Sintered felt

In practical operation, we can choose the appropriate products according to the needs, whether it is the sinter net or the sinter felt are ideal filtration products.
